Founded in 2005, Kaneland W.I.N.S. is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide Kaneland area women with opportunities for personal and professional development, networking and service to the community.

Our name Kaneland W.I.N.S., standing for Women – Insight – Networking – Service, clearly embodies our mission.

Through monthly meetings, Kaneland W.I.N.S. offers insightful speakers, networking and service opportunities along with a fabulous lunch!

Together, women, families, businesses and our communities can grow through W.I.N.S.
